About Me

spicypaleo
I stumbled across the Paleo lifestyle in a quest to both fight my gluten intolerance and to lose weight. Not only have I eliminated my gluten-induced symptoms and lost weight (still working on this part!), I've gained a new appreciation for food, health, and fitness. Food should not only be good for you, but taste good. I'm on a quest for great tasting meals that are also good for the body!
